NatWest Liverpool Digital 1st Branch

NatWest’s first digitally focused branch, which opened in Liverpool on Wednesday 18 October, has been designed to meet the needs and demands of its customers around the clock. Free Wi-Fi will be available for customers in the branch, as well as access to iPads so customers can register and access online banking services, with staff on hand to provide demonstrations and help where required.

All staff will be trained to support customers with online banking on their mobile devices and this will be ongoing throughout the year to ensure their knowledge keeps pace with changes to technology. The branch also includes NatWest’s new video presentation facilities and is virtually paperless.
